Ay,seems repetitive but it fits here;Sir William Churchill once said "Courage is rightly esteemed the first of human qualities because it is the quality which guarantees all others".You know you are legally considered insane after seventy two hours of consistently being awake.Sleep dep also makes you hallucinate, paranoid, forgetful, throbbing head ache so whatever it is that ales you will only get worse.Try some rum or brandy in a glass of warm milk, sleeping pills or do some vigorous jumping jacks until you get exhausted and just fall asleep in a comfortable spot. there must be something triggering your insomnia in the room that you are in so change the room your in.,take a really warm shower and put on an infomercial-some of the crap out there works for me.Anyhow Sweet dreams.peace.Chio!Riz>.

Well u r just avoiding the situation by sleep. Problem is still there & needs to be solved.I think u just make urself comfortable, for this u can go for a walk, listen music etc. When calm down then think like urself as a different person & now take ur name as another indentity with that problem.Evaluate the situation, think what u want, what best u can do & get.& do the needful.

Try journaling about your concerns, writing down as exactly as you can what you are afraid of or worried about then listing ways you can address these. Maybe you can at least get the concerns written down before you go to sleep and then you can work on resolving them when you wake up. You might also consider therapy.

most people feel that when they are afraid that there bed is the safest place to be. But the thing is you get into a cycle that is bad. My suggestion would be talk to a psychiatrist and maybe he can help with medication and therapy.

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in

Psalm 27:1, "The LORD is my light and my salvation -- whom shall I fear?"
(Psalms, 37: 3) "Trust in the Lord and do good, rest on earth and nourish faith"
When you trust in God, there is no need to fear. I wish you find God in your heart and trust him with all your heart.
God Bless!
