Metro Gel vs. Another Rosacea Cream?

Has anyone tried metro gel and/or another cream thats good for rosacea...what would you sugjest? I have problem with rosacea and blackheads?

typically local products are the first way to go, you can ask your doctor of local steroids too, otherwise oral antibiotics or steroids would be the next step, good luck
