Does anybody know Of a University in the USA that offers on line courses in foreign language studies.?

I don't know of any that offer an on-line degree in foreign language studies, but Utah State University offers on-line linguistics courses that can be transferred to any other university and used in fulfillment of degree requirements. The link is:
