I think that if an artificial implant improves your standard of living then you should have it. I do not think God would begrudge anyone a better life..at least mine would not. And you are such a cute little cyborg. Do you guys make good pets?

This is striving for physical immortality and denies the existence of God. Technology is fine and so are advances in medicine to improve the quality of life for the sick and impaired. Let us not loose sight, however, that we were created as mortal beings and in our current earthly form that is the way that we must remain. Science can devise all of the technology it wants to to replace every part of the human body, but when God decides that it is time for the soul to come home to him, then it must do so, and whatever body man has contrived for it will become an empty shell. It would be far better for men to spend their time improving upon the spiritual quality of their souls, then for them to try living beyond 120 years.

As for me I'm all for it ,anything that extends life is cool. Although I think we are more likely to come up with organic ways for the most part,ie cloning parts, figuring out better ways to clear and revitalize major arteries, etc. Just as long as the general feeling of humanity isn't taken away in the process it's fine the way I see it.

tech is good if used right but anything powerful can become abused. This past summer there were chips implanted into at least one human brain and it seems to have been a success. If it turns out to be useful good, if not, oh well.

I believe that if it makes you happy or comfortable in society then go ahead. You know many people say God will hate it if you change this and that on yourself and he created you that way for a reason and so on but people change so many things about themselves, the "non-major" things (putting on braces, straightening curled hair and so. So if you want to change your appearance to make you happy go ahead - no need living miserable when you can do something about it. That's my opinion.

I'm all for it. Implants for all!

Personally, I don't need any.
