Well from what you said, there isn't enough information to say whether or not you are in love. However, the age difference is a little high for a girl of only 16. Why not try someone closer to your age group.

16 years is too young an age for you to decide... It might just be an infatuation, or what others call it as Puppy love... It might lead to a lot of problems if you decide about a life time relationship right now. You definitely will regret it later if you make a hasty decision. Sit and think about it all. Analyse if he also loves you like you do... And if that is working out, give lots and lots and lots of time. Do not ever consider any relationship to end into marraige... Its all about understanding a person and see the compatibility level.
Also, if both of you are in love, trust me, courtship period is the best time you can have. Never fall for any promises and never give hopes for a life time relationship either. As far as I can see, you are too innocent... I guess you should just give it a litte time and not trust the person completely... Its again upto you. What people say (if its against what you wanted to hear) you will always think that the whole world is wrong. But trust me, when you put forward a question, the answers are with experience...
Its left to you at the end of the day. We can only tell you, which is definitely difficult without knowing the complete scenario, but always think with your brain... NOT WITH YOUR HEART!!!

No, you are not in love. You have no idea what that even means.
You should do nothing. Focus on your studies, grow up, build yourself a life, then start thinking about having a relationship. Preferably with someone a bit closer to your own age.

Well you may feel like you are in love ,but i don't think you are coz not just your agw,but also the fact that your patner is a little to young too.stop worrying yourself about love at this age just enjoy how you feel and have fun and do the right things.the time will comw when you should start getting all worked up about that.

I highly doubt you are. At 16 years old you're not very mature or even at the top of your intellectual peak yet. You could be infatuated though, which is entirely different from love. I suggest you don't make any sudden moves and do something you regret.

At 16 you think you are in love, what you should do? NOTHING. Wait until you get older, then F up your life, when your 21 you can't blame your parents.

with you being 16 and him being 24 he can go to jail for sleeping with you and at 16 you still have a long life to live your collage years whos to say that mr right isnt going to be in the same dorm as you and you have to think he may just be after one thing with you that is if you still have it
