well he shouted me other i day i had my owen money but i guess he wonted to shout me and he stare into my eyes and stare into his and when i wasnt looking at him court out of my eye staring at me i ask him if he like me as a friend and he said yeah and maybe more and i ask him what would say if i ask you out and he said i have no idea. i dont know what to do plz help

Take the lead and ask him out. He is obviously shy. This is like a first time dance where you must lead a little bit and he will follow. After he gets comfortable he will open up and be more engaging.
Until then, just smile back and be friendly towards him. He is inexperienced and could do well by going out with someone as mature as you. Help him develop. Avoid "cornering" him in especially in front of his friends.
Imagine you are trying to pet a wild deer. If you run towards it, it will turn and run away. If you hold out a hand, smile, and are patient the dear will sense your friendliness and carefully, very carefully walk up to you.
Boys at this age startle very, very easily.

I can hardly understand what you are writing! But I think I caught the gist. If you even had that conversation, you guys were fliriting. Take a chance and ask him out. He was probably just too embarrassed to say "Yes" (that would mean he like you), and said "I have no idea" because he didn't want to embarrass himself by saying yes, or hurt your feeling by saying No. "I have no idea" mean "Yes", or "There's a 50/50 I'll say Yes". Take the chance. (clearly this is the optimist's answer! :)

I thing he likes you wants to go out with you in private thats why he said that he want more from you . might be your intention or want to stay with you . He is looking to date with you in private and it is up to you to encourage him or if you dont like him then discourage.If you like him and can go to other edge then go ahead.
