go into microsoft observe, then visit kit, letters and mailings, envelopes and labels. Then click on the labels tab, from there you are able to set up a clean label sheet and form what you like on each and each label and only print, in case you finally end up making the easily clean label sheet, shop this and you will use it time after time. I artwork at an coverage corporation and print numerous distinctive handle labels on a similar sheet each and all of the time.

You can do it in word, click on Tools, then Letters and mailings, Envelopes and Labels.

Use options to select the size etc of the sheet of labels you will be using, when you have done that and saved changes press "New Document" on the Envelopes and labels page.

Voila! You can now type in a different address in each box!

You should use the Mail Merge feature in word (most word processors have a similar feature). Create a xl spreadsheed (or similar) of names & addresses and then use mail merge to create the labels.

Use mail merge in word.
It will allow you to create a list of addresses from scratch or allows you to bring in data from an external file.
