hey, the location should not matter, if she loves you, take her to somewhere important, not just romantic. it matters not where or how, but love must present. I promise you, do it somewhere that is important, (your first date perhaps) and she will love it.

Hmmm Man you are sick. You are in Love. But don't worry dear. Some tips from me.
1. Try to make eye contact with her (With a serious love looks). If she smiles and takes off her eyes from you then the right time has not come - she is just teasing you. But if she gets nervous and shy, you got her. Bet you its the right time to say the golden words right there.
2. YES one more thing if she smiles and takes her eyes off you - then just flirt with her but don't go much ahead. Play with it.
3. DANGER - If she doesn't take her eyes off you that means its trouble she is playing with you. She thinks you a puppy. Wait till the right movmenet.

like many ppl say make it romatic....think of ideas or places to do it that ,mean somehting to her or to you....like take her out to dinner or in your own home make her a romantic dinner with roses champaine and soft music and make her favorite meal..and then take her to the place were you 1st asked her out or you 1st kissed her. or said i love you..you know somehting with meaning behind it....
