It's a crush! It's called "twitterpation". Look it up online or in a dictionary.
You can't be "in-love" with someone at such an immature age. You cannot understand the meaning of the phrase "in love". It takes a lot more than you can possibly realize.
Look at your parents. If they're still together. Are you as mature as they are and is this boy as mature as they are? Could the two of you get married, say, tomorrow and honestly say you're ready for that?
It's not love, sweetie. It's excitement and part of learning to like the opposite sex.

A crush is a crush which merely means attraction from a distance like a secret you keep to your self or a best friend.
This may happen many times as you mature through meeting boys, however, a crush is like a 'dream' you wish to happen but are too shy or embarrassed about making happen.
If he finds you out it may be even more embarrassing for you at 13 and the 'crush' may be shattered and your illusions of him may ultimately disappear. It is more fun to fantasize over a crush than have it known and no longer be the crush you were envisioning. When you get to 15 and he is 17 you may find that how you felt at 13 may have changed.
I remember my heart beating faster and faster and if he even looked my way I would wish the ground would just swallow me up. When he found out that I liked him, he would stalk me with his soccer ball and kick it at me all the way home. I am glad he did because he made me realise that boys were only boys and that one day I would be the Princess making her choices, not waiting to be noticed, but demanding it instead lol! And yes we do get it and yes we do get our Man too. Just know that who ever he is, he is alive and breathing and Mother Nature is preparing the both of you to eventually meet, make life happen and live in joy if that is what you choose for yourself.
For now, enjoy envisioning your 'crush' the heartbeats and keep it as your secret. You never know, he just may look in your direction anyway.
Blessings be yours in peace and light

its a crush hun you'll know when its love its more than your heart beating faster but if your crushing on him tell him if you have the guts just don't let him into pants save that for your true love or you'll regret it that and having a kid at your age would suck i had one at 20 and i wish i would have waited and it does hurt like you would never believe

Sounds like its just a crush babe... depending on what he's like - if he's a chav thing don't bother telling him but if he's really nice and sweet and that, go for it! Or if you're nervous get to know him better.
He can only say no and don't worry if he does cause its his loss and move on. see ya... good luck.
