I am already living and studying here but I need to go home urgently and buying a three way ticket will be a total waste.

You don't need to by a return ticket , as long you can prove that you still studying Exemplo: a holiday letter from you college to show upon your return on the Airport.

the short answer is no.....
if you have a 6 month / 2 year visa, then you can come and go as you please in that time period..... the only time you have to try to "prove" anything ....(as you know) .... is when you go to the British embassy to get the visa in the first place..

dont waste your money on a 3 way ticket..... its not needed

hallo, no you need not do that, i've done its plenty of times when i visited the country 3 years ago, i was there on a working holiday visa for 2years and after that i went on a student visa. hope i could help. tata tata

no you do not need a three way ticket but you may need to explain your reason for returning when you come back into the UK

Travel is really expensive and you have to do it anyway if it is urgent. Your student visa will still be effective.

where are you from ? most people dont need anything except some basic id to enter the uk
