Abraham and Isac are the anscestors of the Jews and Ishmael was the ansestor of the Arabs, who later copied the Jews and made it seem as though their religion is the "true religion". Muslims prophet(s) changed the copied and changed the Jewish manuscripts to make it appear as though Ishmael was the one whom Abraham tried to sacrifice. God's promise to Abraham was through Isac(legitimate) and not Ismael( son of Sarahs servant girl ). How can you say that the Quran is the truth when it is full of contradictions?

by the way the quran is a copy of jewish manuscripts and the bible. But jews and christians do not hold their books up to be the absolute truth and dont call their relegion the "true religion", most christians admit that the old testament and law is not as valid as the new testament.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states:

The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day.

With love in Christ.

well from ur statements i assume that u havent read the quran. and probably only read the explanations and related stories but not the real script.
no matter, we believe that jews and christians and muslims all believe in GOD. that is the god of the muslims and christians and jews is one. which means that the god of abraham, and ishmael and isac is one, that is GOD. now what the stories are and how they'd happened only god knows. u cant say that ur jewish scripts are true. and well its clear that u dont believe muslim quran. but those contradictions u say exist, Dont. they are only misinterpreted, by many ppl, even quran scientists. so dont judge by the cover, read the contents first

My friend
I am a muslim and believe in all prophets specially Prophet Moses, who i really love him. Your words don't cause me change my mind about Moses because he was a great prophet.
Second it's very unpleasant you mentioned in text Ismael was son of Sarah's servant girl !!. you are not a Sarah's follower but are Abraham's as you wrote here , then you should respect all his sons Ismael and Isac.
We read in quran about all persons you said Abraham, Isac, Ismael, Sarah ,......without any superiority.

God is one therefore His religion is one, the message from Abraham (PBUH), Noah(PBUH),David(PBUH),Moses(PBUH), Jesus(PBUH) to Muhammad(PBUH) is the same originating from the same source i.e God Almighty.

But where did Muhammad (Pbuh) get this knowledge from? He was an Ummi(unlettered). He did not know how to read or write. Have you any qualms in agreeing that Muhammad(pbuh) was an Arab?.....Here we have an illiterate and an Arab and the Bible and the Torat are not in his language, couple with the fact that the first translation of the bible in Arabic was done hundreds of years after his demise. How could he plagiarised or forged it? It was all by "divine inspiration"."IT IS NO LESS THAN AN INSPIRATION SENT DOWN TO HIM" (Quran 53:4)

There is a chapter in the Quran named Sura Maryam "Chapter Mary"(XIX) named in honour of Mary the mother of Jesus Christ(pbuh), again such an honour is not to be found given to Mary in the Bible. Out of 66 books of the protestants and 73 books of the Roman catholics, not one is named after Mary or her Son.

If Muhammad(pbuh) was the author of the Holy Quran, then he would not have failed to include with MARYAM, the mother of Jesus, his own mother AMINA, his dear wife Khadijah or his beloved daughter Fatima. Why would the prophet of islam honour a woman from his opposition! and a jewess at that! belonging to a race which had been looking down upon his people for thousands of years?

Will anyone please explain the anomaly as to why Muhammad(pbuh)(if he is the author)chose this Jewess for such a High Honour? the answer is simple -HE HAD NO CHOICE he had no right to speak of his own desire."IT IS A DIVINE INSPIRATION"
Jesus(pbuh) and his mother were spoken with most sublimest word in the Quran, we are told that Jesus(pbuh) behaved insolently towards his mother. He calls her "WOMAN" and to rub more salt into the wound he is made to say-What have i to do with thee?" Could he have forgotten that this very "woman" had carried him for nine months and had borne endless insults on account of him? Is there no word in his language of "mother( this is according to the gospel of St. John. describing the marriage feast at Cana). It is no surprising to find this said about Abraham in the Bible.
The Jew got their racism from their holy book where they are told that their father Abraham had two wives- Sarah & Hagar. They say that they are the children of Abraham through Sarah-his legitimate wife, and that their arab brethren have descended through Hagar, a "bond woman" and that as such, the arabs are an inferior breed.

The Quran still remain the same un-altered upto this moment can you say the samething about the Bible? considering the fact that whenever you quoted a verse in the bible to a christian his question is always "which version are you quoting from?". How many versions of the truth are there?

Dear sister, kindly read carefully, your bible also.
Bible also says Ishmail(pbuh) was first born of Prophet Abraham(pbuh).
Bible also says First wife of Prophet Abraham gave her servent to Abraham as wife. This was the dealing with a Mighty Prophet not with a todays teen aged Boy. Prophets do not act against God's Commandments. His relationtionship with second wife was also legal as I said he was a Mighty Prophet.

His first born Prophet Ismail(pbuh) was also a Prophet and Prophet Abraham took him and his mother to Arabia and they live there and Muhammad (pbuh), also from Ismail(pbuh).
As God propmissed Abraham that God is going to give respect to Ismail and his family. Muhammad(pbuh), born to this family and this respect is greatest of all respect and honer.

Prophet Muhammad taught us to respect all Prophets and Massangers.

The first argument is that, as Ishmael was born before Isaac, Isaac could not be the son spoken of since God is recorded as commanding Abraham to sacrifice his "only son" (Genesis 22.2, 22.12), and this could only have been Ishmael at a time before Isaac was born as the latter could never have been called Abraham's only son. The positive identification of the son as "your only son Isaac" in Genesis 22.2 is summarily brushed aside as a supposed Jewish corruption of the original command.

Check your Bible and analyze your self, dont be confused.

Allah is God of Abraham,Moses,Jesus and Mohammad. They were all prophets of İslam.Suppose we lived their time we are required to join to their community. This is the order of Allah. There are 4 books of İslam. The real Thora and Bible have no contradictions of course but today unfortunately you dont have it.But we have Koran as real as Mohammad(saw)received from Allah. I am sure that you know all of this just dont know why is you get flurried.

because the original Jews believed in Allah too.it was only when the Jews went astray that they stop believing in Allah.it even says in the quran that Jews were the chosen people by Allah(god).but when they went astray was when they lost that status.

and by the way Christian do hold their bibles up to be the real truth.that's why they tell me if i don't accept Jesus as my savior i am going to hell.so get your facts straight buddy!

the bible is also full of contridictions....dont get cocky about your religion;aka dont judge. judism, christianity, and the muslim religious are all a part of the same tree...just different branches of the same "god". that is why muslims also believe in jesus....just they dont believe he was son of god. [thats what some muslim guy trying to convert me told me]. im not muslim so im sure some muslim person can give you a more indepth answer about thier belief and how it works.

you know, your not really making christians look very good. your just making yourself look intolerant, arrogant, cocky, and narrow-minded. i really hope more people arent like you.

i in my view believe that each and each individual chooses his or her set of ideals in line with what fulfills them. Christians believe of their God through fact for some reason or yet another it supplies them protection. same with all different religions that worship a god. people who're non secular yet who do no longer worship a god (i.e. Buddhist) discover ways to get that self fulfillment spiritually. Atheists in an entire tend to get that fulfillment externally, whether or no longer it is via good judgment or in spite of. i in my view get my fulfillment from countless sources ( atheist). It only relies upon on what you in my view would desire to get via existence.

Doesn't anyone who is sincere in their religious beliefs believe that theirs is the only true religion? Is that not what you believe? And by your own explanation, they DO worship the God of Abraham.

Blessed Be
