Well young man: First of all wash real good, this time use soap and water, hot water. Before you turn off the shower let the water cool down to almost cold and let it pour over you and rinse you off, now until it's cold. You want to cool of your skin, O.K.
. If the area of itching is red, not from the scratching but from the itch and has tiny little red bumps, you may have eczema.
If you start getting this in your extremities, under the arms, etc, you may have eczema. You better go see your doctor, he can refer you to a dermatologist for better treatment.
Keep yourself clean, take showers regularly, change your undergarments everyday.

Never use hydrocortisone on the scrotal area for this itching! You may have skin burns! That area is a mucous membrane and you don't apply steroid creams there.
This is what I suggest. Take a cold bath and apply some menthol powder over the scrotal area. And relax. The menthol powder helps to cool the area and will reduce the itching. If you still don't feel better, go see your physician.

use CORTAID. it has hydrocortizone as its main agent. it's effective. trust me. if you can't find CORTAID, just buy some hydrocortizone, but don't put too much... that stuff is strong.
