i havent had a good fast food meal in ages !!!! i kinda miss it lol
i have been trying to lose weight for since last year and from 133 kgs to 86 kgs i think .. only 6 kgs to go
but im really really hungry now its 1:14 pm here and i shouldnt be eating till 8:00 pm ..what should i do ?

sometimes i just say f it ill just eat . and then in a min i say nah it will be worth it ..... so i dunno


shoud i eat ? or not ?

You should get up really quick and run down the road or something, and have a big glass of water and then decide and if you do eat choose something healthy like some fruit, or celery. And only eat a little bit, You don't have to eat a whole meal maybe you just need something small, then go off and do something else. And also you don't have to have set times when you can eat or not, eat when your hungry tells you it needs food but eat something it needs not junk.

First of all I would like to say well done on what you have achieved so far. Don't you think it would be a bit crazy to throw that away eating junk food? If you make a salad sandwich using whole grain bread you won't do any harm and because the bread is low G.I. you will feel better for longer.

If you are hungry try drinking water as this will relieve the symptoms. Feeling hungry may mean a lack of protein in your diet as protein is a slow release food. A low carb diet with a small amount of protein is the way to go.

If you hungry then just eat. But take healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Don't starving yourself. It just making your metabolism decrease and you are not reducing your weight this way.
Try to drink a glass or two of plain water to replace your hunger. Fruits contain high fiber and its good to make you feel full.

NEVER BE HUNGRY! Being hungry slows down the metabolism and you store more fat... so the "not eating" will backfire. Don't go for take-away or fast food though, rather go for a healthy snack... fruit, salad (with tuna?).

Eat a snack now and then go out to workout. You can snack on an apple or carrots or nuts. If you eat something of higher calorie, then workout longer as soon as you eat. You don't want to have stomach ulcers, do you?
