Well Done !! I am on Weight Watchers and know how hard it can be. You have done amazingly well. I have just been on a junk food bender (putting it down to hormones) but now back on track. I would say if you keep denying yourself things you will probably want them more. If you allow yourself the odd "bad" thing that is fine or if you have a binge day that is ok, write it off and back to being good the next morning. If I feel the need, I go for marshmallows as with WW they have a low points value with trace fat. Keep at it you are doing really well. You are not alone there are lots of us out here. I have lost 2 st and have another 3st to go. We will do it with bumps in the road. Good luck. Shar x

Congratulations!
I know how terrible cravings can be. I drink a lot of water when I'm craving. Also, if you want something sweet, try an apple or a small banana or fat free yogurt. A handful of nuts is also good. Look for alternatives that will satisfy your sweet tooth but without the guilt.
I also keep a box of fat free wheat thins and nutri-grain bars in my office for the afternoon snack attack.
It's ok to give yourself 1 day to cheat but don't over do it either. Everything in moderation but in order to loose weight, you're going to have to make certain sacrifices. But it's all worth it in the long run. Not only for your weight loss, but also for your health. Keep up the good job!!!

Have some fatty, carbohydraty, sugary food. However, do not not binge on it. Use what you crave as a reward. The carrot works better than the stick.
You will binge eventually if you keep restricting yourself from what you want as well as from what you need.

Well done for the weight loss. If you really want something have it in moderation. If you want a bar of chocolate or a biscuit then have one, but just one. A little bit of what you fancy won't do any harm. It will satisfy your craving. Maybe have 1 thing you really enjoy as a reward once a week. The you won't feel deprived.

Oh how i know that feeling, how about a chocolate drink like the low calorie ones, options do quite a good range of flavours, and they help to satisfy the need for some sugar,or a cup of soup(the slim one) with some wholemeal bread,I also find drinking green tea a big help as this helps to suppress my appetite, but i drink gallons of it with sweeteners, please try to stay positive i no this is very hard at times, but just think of how well you have done, and you don't want to go backwards do you!!! I wish you good luck, but i no you can do it and so do you,c'mon don't give in

First if all CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! That's fantastic!!! You must be so proud of yourself. Secondly, STOP!!!!! Don't do it!!!! I understand, I used to be a size 8 (australian) and after a car accident went to a size 16-18 (australian) but am losing weight myself now (down to a size 14-16). I know that I have a couple of reasons why I am doing this, so I'm sure you have your reasons too. I know when I feel like binging I tell myself over and over again why I doing it. It helps to if you have a picture of at least one of the reasons why your doing it. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!!!!

It is normal to crave these foods when you have given them up. They are after all addictive. Go for a walk and then have a bowl of brown rice with some stir-fried veggies. Yum Yum..

Know the feeling...stop for a moment, think about how well you have done and do something to keep you busy. Failing that, find something sweet that won't ruin your diet. Lots of options out there.
