By "effective", I will assume you mean that it blocks UVA and UVB, and is highly water resistant. If the sunscreen is not highly water resistant, you can easily rub it off, sweat it off, or have it just melt off. That is the worst possible scenario: to think you are protected and therefore spend more time in the sun, only to find later that the sunscreen came off and you have a sunburn. Therefore, I think you may have to accept some small amount of shine on your skin, since that comes with most sunscreens that are highly water resistant. Having said that, a "sport" sunscreen is usually designed to be less greasy than most, and it also resists being sweated off. The best I have found are Banana Boat Sport 30, and Blue Lizard Face. if ur skin is prone to tan
Firstly, use high SPF sunscreen
Secondly, u want non greasy use sunscreen GEL other then lotion or cream
comes in many brands

I would reccomment ROC sun block cream.. it's for sensitive skin so it's gotta be good.. i like to swim andi use that sun block,it's great,you gotta trust me!

u should go for AMWAY's sunscreen lotion which is very effective and is not at all greasy

i would suggest --ST ILVES SPF 90 it works really well. its non greasy and safe.
