that is a long flight so ? obviously there is no other way to travel ?
flying can be very enjoyable ,even if you are a little scared .
just relax ,do not worry about anything , you will be alright , the personnel will be kind to you , if you meet someone who is willing to talk ? do that .........if you like reading ? bring some books . anything to do and occupy you
you will have a screen ,where you can watch movies , music
the meal will also relax you ..........it does go by fast .....take a little nap ....walk a bit , they also have newspapers from countries
the limit on flying is 35 weeks .......for some airlines and 32 in some .......the risks are very very low for you unborn child
thousands of women travel while pregnant ))

1. Get an aisle seat. My wife was goin to the loo ALL the friggin' time. Bieng preggo and all.
2. A book will last only so long before your over it. So check out the quality of the inflight entertainment.
. Can you play games?
. Can you select what you want to watch when you want to watch it?.
. Are the screens in the back of the seat in front of you?
The booking agent or airline itself can, and must, tell you what plane type is flying the leg (Onboard Entertainment system). Trust me, if you are not one who can easily sleep on long trips, whether by car or by plane, you will really get to know what i mean especially 11 hrs nonstop.

3. Get up heaps and walk around, talk with the "Trolley Dollys". And drink a shipload of water, the air inside a plane is intentionally extra dry, for scientific reasons.

4. Pregnant or not, i don't suggest alcohol. Will your doc perscribe some soft sedative if you're really stressed?

5. If you're just being melodramatic and have flown before remember... More people are killed by donkeys every year, fact.

deliver greater desirable copies of your resume in a useful-looking checklist conceal, no longer something genuine high priced yet make confident it does not look affordable. you will get some useful ones at Wal-Mart for like $2.ninety 4 somewhat. deliver like 2-4 copies. It seems professional and you ought to face out, shows you prefer the interest considering you went to that worry. Double examine your resume for typos. There don't have been any considering you acquire the interview and oftentimes it particularly is the 1st type of resume to hit the trash can (spelling blunders and typos), yet you prefer each and every thing to bypass completely. ensure you do no longer cut back your self in the event that they ask approximately hours and in spite of. you will fly any holiday, everywhere they ask and artwork Christmas Day, New year's Day, and 4th of July. pink-eyes SFO-EWR for a month, MIA-IAH turns all day, and so on. i'm an Airport shopper help supervisor for certainly one of Continental's SkyTeam alliance companions and have no adventure in In-Flight provider, yet 2 of my previous supervisors and positively one of my former friends are Managers for in-flight so I even have some perception into it. a sparkling hire flight attendant gets the leftover journeys no person else needs so make confident the interviewer or interviewers understand you will fly each and every time they like you. in case you bypass in asserting, "i prefer these days off" it particularly is going to be "we are going to be in touch" fairly of "Welcome to Continental." Ask questons on the top while they ask in case you have any questions. Ask what the timetable for possibilities is. Ask how they permit you already know (telephone call, e mail, and so on.). Ask in the event that they permit you already know no count the end result, in spite of in the event that they settle directly to no longer hire you. Ask what base(s) they are hiring for--purely Newark, or if it particularly is Houston, Cleveland, and so on. additionally. do no longer ask approximately your earnings or pay scale. in the event that they ask something like "why ought to we hire you?" tell them you prefer the interest and you think you're able to do properly at being a flight attendant and have an interest interior the airline industry, and could prefer to flow up in Continental at last. good success.

Bring a book or a MP3 with you on your flight. It is important to find something to focus outside of yourself so that you can relax. Books and music are good ways to shift your mental focus.

7 months pregnant!you are not supposed to fly once you enter your third trimester.because you could go into labor.and on top of that on planes your blood circulation is low.and its even lowered when you are pregnant.i suggest you don't fly.its very risky.and since you are terrified of flying the stress of being on a plane might send you into labor!

Alcohol is your friend! Nothing like a drink in the departure lounge bar prior to take off, and a drink on board, to help you relax.

Actually - just read the second part of your question which states you are pregnant. I take it back. Sorry!

think of all the people who have miserable lives, working day and night for nothing.whitout any chance to progress and make a better living.

Then, you'll realize how lucky you are, and how childish your fear can be.
Just be grateful for the great experience of flying.Enjoy it, be happy, don't let your fear ruin a unique experience.
