Society, family objection, high dowry, marriage secular law, party etc

Yes.
In Islam nikah or marriage is a simple procedure.
It is basically a contract between two people.
It is also an act of worship (ibadat).

In many societies, the cultural practices are what make marriage difficult. Unfortunately, in todays world many Muslims have incorporated Christian customs into marriage ceremonies. Eg. The bride wearing a white gown and the exchange of wedding rings are Christian customs.

Please note that the Mehr that a husband gives a wife when marrying her is called a "dower" in English not a "dowry".

Islam, yes…
In Islam, when you marry you still have your own financial independence ( although there is still obligations that you have to fulfill), and this applies for both the man and the woman., unlike the western low where the two parties will be united into one economical body, this discourages people to marry and prompt other types of relationships.

Unlike Christianity, if the marriage relationship can’t be maintained for any reason, then it is permissible in Islam to divorce.

Society,…more complicated, but its still easier that other societies.

You're question does not make any sense, becuase in Muslim countries, like other countries, marriage depends on the person (example: has he/she found the right person? does he have enough money to pay for the wedding expenses?...etc)

And by the way, marriage is highly supported in Islam, and it's considered a very good method to keep people, and especially men away from sins

As a matter of fact , Islam encourages marriage and urges the society to facilitate it for young women and men, standards upon which you should choose your mate is more based on ethics (social standard) and level of faith i.e. strong to weak, however, with current social and financial challenges , marriage is becoming little difficult in the Islamic societies...
