The dead are conscious of nothing so when in hell a person remains there as if asleep until the resurrection. A person in hell(hell is the common grave of mankind) does not feel anything, happiness, sadness etc. Whereas in heaven, a person dies and becomes a spirit before going to heaven. Physical body cannot be in heaven. So anyone who wants to go to heaven has to die first.

Some people who have no sins but also have no right to enter to heaven they wil be there.Suppose you are one of them and you will see your father in hell but you will remove your eyes from him and not say anything.But in heaven whenever you see anybody you will say hello how are you?Even you dont know who he is.Hell people will think you are in heaven.And heaven people will think you are in hell.

A murderer can go to heaven, so long as he repents, ask for forgiveness, and asks Jesus Christ to come into his heart. God loves the person, but hates the sin, but we as humans can't seperate the two. To God one sin is no greater than the next, we're all sinners, and if you're saved you'll go to heaven.

well first there is no place called hell. that image of a place of fire, lava, people poking you, etc is all man made back in olden days to scare people into going to church.
the bible itself speaks of a lake of fire that you will be cast into after judgment to no longer be with God. this means you will stop existing 100%. no more soul, no nothing, you are gone. the torture is that you are not with God.
