Jaden-
Are you nuts man????????
Its like saying its ok for a cop to break the law but worse we are talking God here. You preach onething and do another? At least preach what you feel or else all is a lie.

He is definitely a hypocrit. That is why Jesus said, "Follow Me" and not "follow those who claim to follow Me".

Sadly, the unbelieving world sees hypocrisy like Haggard's and judges all Christians to be fake. Some of us have really been transformed by the grace of Jesus.

"Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes!" - Matthew 18:7

It's interesting that if he's really sorry for what he did, that he didn't confess anything till he was caught. Even then, he continued to deny it for some time until they fired him from his own church , then he "wrote a letter" to them. Now that's meaningful.
