im 15 and spohmore in high school now... um i have nearsightedness but can still see kinda ok mid range so its not bad. i want to join the airforce and i hear glasses and contacts allowed if corrected to 20/20. i hear prk is pretty safe.. even more than lasik(i know its not allowed). im doing everything else fine, i get pretty good grades not like straight A's every time but maybe a B or 2. i go to gym 4-5tmes a week for 1hour and a half.

i believe for AF vision needs to be atleast 2/70 uncorrected

20/20 is the requirement for a pilot without glasses and contacts.

I think your eye sight will keep you out of the cockpit. Sorry.
But there are so many other fields that you can go for and you shouldn't set your sights on just one option.
Best bet would be to talk to a recruiter about it, he should know for a fact what the requirements are. He can also offer pamphlets on other fields you might be interested in looking into.
Just ask for info about being a pilot and if he says you can't do that, ask about other things that you can do.

They accept people with lazik eye surgery.

You need to have a 4 year degree before you can fly for the military
