She then bore John, who became the Baptist. (LoL Holy Spirit=Viagra. Just joking)

Which means that John should also have been borne sinless, right? And that Jesus wasn't the only sinless guy, right?

Muslims believe that every Prophet (pbut) is sinless.
We do not believe in "original sin".
Therefore, according to Islam, every child is born sinless; regardless of the religion which the parents follow.
John (pbuh) was indeed sinless. He was also a very chaste Prophet.

Ah ha. That's a very good question, but you just answered it yourself. *Zackariah* went and got his wife pregnant.

And as I understand it as a Catholic, Christ was born sinless (without Original Sin, that is passed on through all of us, starting from Adam and Eve) because He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and Mary who is known as the Immaculate Conception.

Not sure where you read that, but I found it in Luke1:18 etc.
Zacharias was seen by Gabriel an Angel. He told Zacharias he would have a son, and to name him John, and that John would be filled with the Holy Ghost before he's even born yet. Zacharias was not filled with the Spirit when he did his wife.

Then in Luke1:67 Zacharias is filled with the Holy Ghost and prophesied.

So where did you read he was filled with the Holy Ghost when he got his wife pregnant?

No.

Zack had nothing to do with John's baptism.

John the Baptist is generally thought to have been spontaneously baptized inside the womb of his mother, when the Blessed Virgin made her visitation, and after Jesus had been conceived in her womb.

Luk 1:39 And Mary rising up in those days, went into the hill country with haste into a city of Juda.
Luk 1:40 And she entered into the house of Zachary and saluted Elizabeth.
Luk 1:41 And it came to pass that when Elizabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the infant leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost.
Luk 1:42 And she cried out with a loud voice and said: Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.
Luk 1:43 And whence is this to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
Luk 1:44 For behold as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.

John was conceived with original sin, but not born with it.

Jesus was never stained by sin of any kind, inside or outside of the womb.

Allah said: "O Zakariyah! Verily, We give you the glad tidings of a son. His name will be Yahya (John). We have given that name to none before him."

He said: "My Lord! How can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have reached the extreme old age."

He said: "So (it will be). Your Lord says, It is easy for Me. Certainly I have created you before, when you had been nothing."

Zakariyah said: "My Lord! Appoint for me a sign."

He said: "Your sign is that you shall not speak unto mankind for three nights, though having no bodily defect."

Then he came out to his people from Al Mihrab (a praying place or a private room, etc.), he told them by signs to glorify Allah's Praises in the morning and in the afternoon.

It was said to his son: "O Yahya! Hold fast to the Scripture (The Torah)." And We gave him wisdom while yet a child, and made him sympathetic to men as a mercy or a grant from Us, and pure from sins (Yahya) and he was righteous, and dutiful towards his parents, and he was neither an arrogant nor disobedient (to Allah or to his parents). And Sulaiman (peace) on him the day he was born, the day he dies, and the day he will be raised up to life again! (Ch 19:1-15 Quran)

Almighty Allah also said: At that time Zakariyah invoked his Lord, saying: "O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation."

Then the angels called him, while he was standing in prayer in Al- Mihrab ( a praying place or a private room), saying: "Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya confirming (believing in) the Word from Allah ("Be!" - and he was! (i.e. the creation of Isa (Jesus), son of Mariam (Mary), noble keeping away from sexual relations with women, a Prophet, from among the righteous."

He said: "O my Lord! How can I have a son when I am very old, and my wife is barren?"

Allah said: "Thus Allah does what He wills." He said: "O my Lord! Make a sign for me." Allah said: "Your sign is that you shall not speak to mankind for three days except with signals. And remember your Lord much (by praising Him again and again), and glorify Him in the afternoon and in the morning." (3:38-41 Quran).
