No. I was honorably discharged just before Desert Shield. The closest I came was when we were on 24 hour alert for Operation Just Cause in 1989.

Even if I re-enlisted, I was scheduled to be rotated to shore duty.

Fighting war in country far away is barbaric,Patriotism is defending your homeland,not to obey cunning leaders to fight to death for their dirty war,Alexandra The Great,Emperor Hirohito ,Mussolini,Hitler,Bush...they all cunning with pea head soldiers..USA being boot out by Vietcong,they think vietcong a shooting clay,they invade Iraq after knowing it had no wmd and scare to invade N.Korea because she had nuke.What kind of human are you USA to elect a leaders like bush.I think Clinton a little better.Young American thought they are then best until body bag arrived in USA and bush called them heroes.they should be called stupid..
