Blame the US goverment, they didnt issue his visa in time dispite the fact that he has verifiable work. But dont worry the fight against eric schafer has been rescheduled for UFC 66 (Chuck v Tito)

He had passport and visa problems that couldn't be worked out in time to get the fight verified. Too bad though, he's one of TUF fighters that will actually do well in the field.
