What is this? You want a manual? Just approach a woman by BEING YOURSELF - no phrases, lines, or games is necessary to capture her attention.
Or should be.
If you see a woman that captures your fancy, tell her what made you walk up to her - be it her attire, her dog, her smile... whatever. Just BE HONEST and that will get you a LONG WAY with impressing a woman.
P.S. ( A "girl" is under 18 - I assume you mean over that age? If so, try referring to her as a WOMAN, instead - smile)

First phrase to impress a girl? No such thing! Every girl is different--- thus a uniquely tailored "first phrase" for each one. And if you don't have charisma...you can forget the "first phrase" all together and just try to be yourself.
