If you had the money to afford this place in New Zealand, would you pay the price for it ($30,000,000 NZ, which is about $27,000,000 AUD)? Would you say that this house and 88 acres is big?

I'm sure the house and acreage is big by any means , but the prestige and position of the place makes it indeed right up there with the asking price . i lived in n.z. 30 odd years ago , i bet if the property (or even the land was for sale ) I'd have picked it up for --- well the imagination would be get rid of four of the seven 0's --- and you'd be chance --- such is life !!!

If I had to kill someone to get this house I would definitely do that!
I would say that this house is very big!!!
