If your asking about performance upgrades, the 5.0 benefits most
from cold air intake,70mm mass air flow sensor(4.6 t-bird is the same as 93 cobra 5.0)65mm throttle body, free breathing exhaust
and shorty headers, underdrive pulleys for starters. All will be 50 state legal. H-pipe is not legal and will not pass smog! You can get high flow catalytic converters. You should be looking at 300+h.p. and 325+lb.foot of torque. Check out www.brothersperfornmance.com

what do you need help with??? how many miles are on the engine??? i know 95 was the last year that they made the 5.0's. get exhaust (flowmaster), air intake(bbk performance), and new headers(mac), then get a performance chip(ford racing). then get Pro M 75 mm Mass Air Meter and 24 lb Ford Racing Injectors. these are little things you can do for now that will make big differences. if you really want to be a hardass, get a 351 windsor engine.
