The best time to exercise is when ever you get a chance to. If you can't fit it in in the evening, then morning is the best time. If you just don't have the energy when you first wake up, then afternoon/evening is the best time.

The most benefitial time for your body to exercise is when you wake up. By starting the day with a workout you kick-start your metabolism and burn more fat and calories throughout the day. You will also increase your resting metabolic rate, which is a bonus! If you can't exercise in the morning ...then any exercise is better than non!!! Just get your heart pumping faster!

I don't know about u but I do my daily running early in the morning (5am) before going to work. I'm usually too tired after work and would rather just come home and relax. Plus, doing it in the morning just gets the whole thing out of the way so I don't have to worry about it when I come home from work.

In the morning. it's the best time even if you didn't get enough sleep the day before. Exercising will cause the blood to flow to help produce energy.Exercising in the morning will also start the metabolism to start working, helping you to burn fat the whole day.

After eating lunch or between 1:00 and 3:00pm. This is when your body is doing its digesting from lunch and is working really hard and that is why you may feel tired. So, if you exercise, then you are getting double the exercise.
