<>If you are not hurt: Did you get a license plate or description of the car? Can it be found (do you live in small town, etc.? If you can identify the car/driver, you can advise your insurance company who will collect it out of his/her company (or hide!). Otherwise, if you have no collision, you are SOL and will have to pay for the repairs/replacement yourself.

Leaving the scene of an accident is a felony in most states. Did you stop and file a police report, and give the police a discription of the vehicle that hit you? If not, you need to have a police report filed as soon as possible. You then need to contact your insurance and inform them that you were involved in an accident and the other driver fled the scene, and you will probably have to provide them with the police report. They will be able to guide you to the next steps.

Liabiilty is,nt good for you.It,s only for someone else.Your up s- - T ,creek unless you find the other driver.And again if he don't have insurance which is most likely why he ran.Buy another car and go on.
