I can't imagine anyone having all the disorders mentioned. Isn't borderline different than bipolar. I don't think you can be both. The forms he had you fill out for borderline and bipolar were probably small tests just to give him an idea. They are not completely diagnostic in themselves. The Klonopin will make you sleepy but if it is a low enough dose that should go away after you get used to it. The combination of drugs sounds find as long as you are taking it under a doctor's care which you are.
The most important thing is, do you feel better on this medication? You should be able to tell that after being on the medication for a few weeks. If you do not feel better, you need to talk to the doctor and let him know how you are feeling. Be persistent in getting the care that you need. Are you happy with the doctor you are seeing? If not, get a therapist who can help you work through the problems and a doctor who is willing to work with you on the medication.
Good luck.

I am a believer in getting the right tool for the job, wellbutrin is not one of them.the side effects sometimes outweigh the benefits.
you have been diagnosed with several conflicting disorders although not uncommon its fairly rare to have them all at the same time in my experience.
a second opinion may not go amiss, are you seeing the psychiatrist or counselors for your illness,if you are they would probably do more good than the medication which will not get at the cause just control the effect or counteract the effects of your disorders.
sometimes when we get anxious it is about the things that would not trouble you under normal circumstances, small things that you build up the importance and priority level of, for no apparent reason, but there always is a reason, why we do the things we do
coming to terms with the reasons may be hard and difficult for some people and taking medication can alleviate the need to confront those issues that are plaguing you.
just talking sometimes can help to 'put things in perspective'
so take your medication and speak to the doctors, be honest with yourself, when they say how do you feel, tell them the truth as you see it,they may see the truth from an angle you have not considered, all doctors are not right all of the time, so i err on the side of caution and get a second opinion. Yes, I believe it is possible to have all the disorders listed above. Borderline and bipolar have a lot of similarities in practice, which makes them difficult to distinguish diagnostically, but since one is a mood disorder and the other a personality disorder, it is conceivably possible to be diagnosed with both.
If the klonopin is making you sleepy, just call the doctor's office and let them know. Ask them if you can take it at night instead. I imagine that would not be a problem.

I suppose a definition of a intellectual well being quandary maybe the lack of ability to "manage it". I do not think in turning to treatment until it's relatively vital, however I can see that it regularly is. I am cautious of the psychiatric system which sees the sickness in phrases of being a obstacle to be resolved with treatment, and favour CBT and different 'speaking' treatments that deal with the challenge as a 'character who's having disorders'. Black and white considering is on no account as innappropriate as whilst discussing intellectual well being disorders personally.

You said he "basically" told you this, but didn't give a firm diagnosis. You need to get to a doctor who can give you the correct diagnosis which will help determine the correct prescriptions. Without that, it's only guessing! Do it NOW so that you can get the proper treatment.

I am on Paxil and Xanax for anxiety/depression. After awhile, the xanax quit making me so tired. I have taken colonopin, though and it did make me tired. Maybe you need to give it time to get into your system. Good luck.
