Grasshopper cookies - dark chocolate outside, green mint frosting inside. Yum. There's a healthier version of them out in stores now but they're called something different.

I'll make it unanimous with Oreo's but I like the mint filled like Cookie777 said.
Safeway makes a knockoff called Tuxedos that are great and a whole lot cheaper than the name brand Oreo's.
