check the water first - see if she is receptive. The question is why is her boyfriend in another country? Potentially she doesn't have one and is using that as an excuse to not commit to a relationship with you. It better be one heck of a woman and you are contemplating long term committment - otherwise, Karma has a way of coming back and biting you right in the ol buttocks.

be careful!!!! if she can easily ditch him for you she may do the same to you for someone else later., It's better to go for a single girl, girls with boyfriends still have attachments with their man, and I've tried going after one it and it cost me her friendship, ...just be friends... maybe she will let him go later, then make a solid move, don't try to pull her from him it will backfire later... trust me. they like men with pure motives

if the girl had been with u ,u need not live 4rm their, if she is of good culture & cares 4r u then she dont let others in b/w u.if u still like her rember her in ur memories & live happly forget everything & choose a girl of ur kind.

best to be honest and tell you now have feelings for her but if she wants to still be with her boyfriend it will be better for you not to see her for a while as you really like her but not in a 'just friends' way.see what she says,
