check the water first - see if she is receptive. The question is why is her boyfriend in another country? Potentially she doesn't have one and is using that as an excuse to not commit to a relationship with you. It better be one heck of a woman and you are contemplating long term committment - otherwise, Karma has a way of coming back and biting you right in the ol buttocks.

Yes, because you're here, and he's there. Ultimately, she has to choose.
But be careful; if the back home bf is in a situation to kill you or something, maybe you'd better focus on someone else.

be careful!!!! if she can easily ditch him for you she may do the same to you for someone else later., It's better to go for a single girl, girls with boyfriends still have attachments with their man, and I've tried going after one it and it cost me her friendship, ...just be friends... maybe she will let him go later, then make a solid move, don't try to pull her from him it will backfire later... trust me. they like men with pure motives

I'm forced to do the decent thing and just sit back and wait for her to come to me after breaking up with her guy.
And sadly, that just never happens.

If she likes you enough she will break it off for you. The right thing to do is to wait for her. A real man would never step on another mans toes.

best to be honest and tell you now have feelings for her but if she wants to still be with her boyfriend it will be better for you not to see her for a while as you really like her but not in a 'just friends' way.see what she says,

yeah i'd make the move. it would be her fault, not mine.
on the other hand, keep in mind that girls end up going back to their boyfriends after they cheat on them, so it's playing with fire!
