try walking for 30 min every day. eat sensibly and avoid sugary sodas and sweets. 3 kg is not all that much and with just a little modification you can do that in 4-6 weeks. good luck

Try walking in the morning......i know that gets boring though lol...my grandma is 74 and she keeps fit by riding her bike to the beach, walking up it, swimming and then riding home lol....but i think a 30 minute walk every morning would do the trick, with healthy eating of course!...and fennel is a great weight loss vegie!
