Make them clean and wax the floor. And scrape gum off the bottom of desks and tables.

Stick chewed up gum all over their drive way and door step and see how they like it when stepping out first thing in the morning.

Stick a small label saying that "SPLIT GUM ON THE FLOOR IS ALLOWED ONLY FOR WILD DOGS" So no one will like to be a wild dog.

Please dont be insulted and please dont report me cause Im just answering the question
1. Tie them to a medieval stretcher that slowly starts to pull their arms out of their shoulder sockets and begins to tear the bone in the knee cap
2. Stop just before breaking point then set their hair on fire
3 Let the fire burn their face off
4 Put it out with a really powerful fire extinguisher
5 Whip them on the groin area.
6 If male; cut their testicles off and feed them to themselves raw. If female; cut their breasts off and feed them to them
7 Place a rat on their stomack that burrows downwards and eats their intestines
8 Force feed them the rat alive
9 Spread their eyes and pour 1kg of salt in their eyes
10 Inject their eyes with syringes filled with rabies
11 Using a knife cut inside the fingernails and push, push, push
12 Break each finger one by one
13 Feed them their own kidney and blood from area that rat opened up
14 Bring their family and friends in the room
15 Pour petrol over them
16 Set them alive and make them watch all the pain and listen to the screams
17 Show them a short video of someone putting their gum in the rubbish bin over and over and over and over until they die of mass blood loss or starvation

they should be forced to collect enough gum off the street....and make something beautiful out of it....like a sculpture piece.....something the community can admire rather than scrap off their shoes......
