you just have to reduce the amount of animal protein (meat and dairy) and increase the amount of fiber. A meat serving should not be more than 50-80 gr. Avoid cheese (quark and ricotta are allowed) and introduce more fish but in small amounts. Avoid baked ham and any type of processed food. Buy your bread from a reputable bakery and eat tons of seasonal fruit and veg.

well, number one priority, you should try to totally avoid eating anything with trans fat in it. The FDA says if you eat any at all, it should be less than 2 grams per day. There is a supplement you can take, they sell it at wal-mart, it's called "flush the fat" and it's like an internal cleansing system that cleans the bad fat out of your body.
