Romantic is nice, but if you propose marriage I believe it needs to be done in a place that holds the most meaning for you, wether it be in a certain part of the house, for example when my husband and I were dating we spent a lot of time in my parents kitchen, and years later that's where he proposed, That was romantic for me.
