I was rushed to the ER and they did a cat scan of my brain to make sure it wasnt bleeding..when I first went to my neurologist he said that ER is horrible and they constantly overlook skulls and fractures. The ER didnt even care when I was in there and the doctor had like 20 patients and was rushing me out

after head injury, you may continue to have headache (post-concussion headache) & dizziness.
this will resolve with time although it may take several months.
even if you had a skull fracture, its not important as long as there was no bleeding into the brain as showed by CT-scan.
you are lucky you didnt have any brain injury or seizures.
its a good practice to check for any associated neck injury (cervical spine injury) as this may contribute to the headache..
I hope you will get over it soon.

Well, I would wait for the neurologists findings on this one. Having a MRI is good, they tell a lot. Unless there is a doctor reading this question right now, I would not put to much faith in anything anyone on this website has to say about it. That's best left to the doctor's.
I do know a lady that got hit in the head with a wrench, knocked her unconscious. It left a big indent in the middle of her forehead which is still there 25 years later. At least where you feel the indent no one will ever see it.
Good luck, I'm sure all will get well for you.

A 'dent' in the skull is almost always a depressed skull fracture.

I'm very concerned that this was not noticed the night of the accident. I assume that you went to the hospital since you know that you had a concussion. I'd speak with the neuro person about why it has taken so long to manifest itself and why they would have missed it at the ER.

Although it seems silly, it is important for you to maintain proper hydration until this is repaired, in other words drink as much water as you can.

You obviously have something going on that needs treatment. However I'd like to mention that it just might not go away. I had a door fall on my leg when I was much younger and my thigh is still indented from the impact. I'm not saying don't contact a doctor because obviously you need to see one. I'm just mentioning that you might have that dent even after you recover from the other injuries. I hope you're ok.

I would be concerned too. Is there a medical practitioner you can talk with while you are waiting such as a community nurse or doctor. We here really do not have the expertise to diagnose you except we all wish you well.
