if medicines are not effective is exercise the only way 2 increase height? my friend have been exercising for almost 6-7 years but no increase in her height.could u help me out for an easy way?she is of 16 now.

The main factors for increase of human height are -

1. Hereditary - is an important factor, ig both patents are short any effort to increase the child's height would be in vain.

2. Nutritious food -is the most important factor in determining height; So growing children should give best possible nutritious food.

3. Exercises.- Again this is also effective in the growing children only.

After the age of 20 years the possibility of increasing height is very less. I do not think any medicine is there to achieve this dramatically.

Since your friend is only 16 now there are possibilities to increase some more height and let her continue with the exercises with nutritious food-.
