It's everytime I bend my legs and keep them there for a while, once I stretch them out, my left knee starts hurting, it feels like this really intense muscle cramp.. but it isn't since I've been having it for about 3 weeks now. I don't remember hurting myself that bad.. Any ideas as what it could be? I don't have insurance for now so I can't go to a doctor.

Try paying close attention to the things you do when you're on your feet. I had a hip pain and thought, "Arthritis? At my age?" But it wasn't. I noticed that when I hopped into the car, I kept my left foot planted on the ground and twisted into the car. It was what that twisting did to my hip. So if I don't do that (kind of like breaking a bad habit) I have no problem. Other than that, see if you can exercise/stretch it gently. And there's some truth to the old gag: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this." "Well, don't do that then."

It is due to many reasons. Whatever may it be, the only treatment is acupuncture. You may not like it but there is no medicine to treat it so don't be afraid of.
