if he feels that you have the potential to dump him then why should he? your remark that he thinks another guy may enjoy them tells me that he would enjoy them on you, but he is afraid you will be all that and then some, and then give him the old heave ho. i have a friend that bought three sets of plastic for his gal to upgrade the shape and the third time he told the doc "i want something for the $3,300 this time" so the doc gave him the 2nd pair of removed silicone implants and he glued them to his fridge door!
i would pay for my gal to get implants in a heartbeat. the truth is i really really think she wants them but i know for a fact if i say something it will be the kiss of death. if anyone has any advice on how to approach her in letting her know i am not against her getting them please let me know by e-mail. please do not preach to me. i am 100% sure she wants them, and also 100% sure if i go about bringing it up the wrong way i will be in the doghouse.

NO, but I would pay you to NOT have them if you were my g/f. From the moment the surgeon cuts you there is a great risk of infection. They feel as hard as a rock. You will lose erotic sensitivity around the nipples. They might burst and for the rest of your life you will be asking yourself why all the suffering. And it dates back to the time you made a foolish decision to please a bloke or yourself. It destroys your immune system.I know that we blokes say 'look at the **** on that shielah'. That is like a girl admiring a 9 incher. Means nothing.
A breast reduction makes sense.
Your boyfriend's thinking is 100%. Anything more than a hand full is wasted.

I wanted to get implants in the past. My hubby said that if I wanted them I can have them, but have you watched those shows like Extreme Makeover? It looks pretty painful and I have a low tolerence to pain. I cry even when I get a needle! If you really want them, then get them. Just remember do it for you, not anyone else. Your b/f does have a point though.

The transplant is not the question, what is the reason that youw ant a transplant. There is no requirement till the time you are suffering from a cancer. So shun away this idea and try to spent mony on some constructive job.

himI'd have to agree with him, your only his girlfriend. Breast implants cost a lot. Would you be willing to spend money on his nose job if he needed one? What if you end up having complications with your new implants?, are you going to blame or sue him? Too many risk. Pay for your own surgeries.

The transplants will take away all the sensations that u get. It is not a sexual organ, but the pleasure that u get out of it is as much when it is fondled by ur bf.

unless she had a ring on her finger, she'd never get that from me. even if she had that ring I'd fight it. Cause I married her for her...not the size of her chest.
Bout only time I would pay for it is if she lost one due to cancer.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
