I think the answer to the question would differ depending on the stage of the relationship. Perhaps in the following chronological order:

1. Physical appearance
2. Charming personality (outward)
3. Personality compatibility
4. Agreeable principals/goals in live
5. Agape love

You'd be surprised at how many plump gals guys love! True, many guys like a first look at a gal and hope she's not a troll, but for long lasting relationship, guys like personality and intelligence. They like a girls with a few manners, no burping on a date, and they like a gal that they are not ashamed to take home to have dinner with the folks. If you are amusing to a guy and he laughs a lot with you, you've probably got another date. However, don't go overboard with the laughing bit. Truthful, thoughful, and funny. A guy likes you to ask questions about him and he usually likes to talk about himself.
If a guy only wants to take you out for sex, he's the wrong guy, so throw him back. If a guy treats you like you don't matter, throw him back. Most guys are just as confused as the gals, so have fun, be nice, and you'll make a new friend. Even a plump gal can look good buy shopping at full figured, youthful shops. Many can be found on line and and many designers can also be found catering to the full figure. Lane Bryant is also much better now at designs for the high school and college gals! No old lady clothing!

Skinny is effing great. But I also like nerdy, so I'm a bit atypical in that way. I love them nerdy, the nerdier the better - glasses, to skinny, maybe a little clumsy. That's hot.

It is difficult to explain why guys find the physical traits attractive that they do.

skinny isn't always good, I hate girls who look like they're anorexic.... but their gut shouldn't be out more than halfway of the boobs (on the side view). personally, I like full-figured women. it's a more natural look than the fakes you see out everywhere these days. And it's more healthy to have a little more meat than a little less, so in the long run, women with just a little more will be better off moms (healthier self = healthier children)

The first thing is the sincerity if you want to be a real judge. Rest the secondly beauty comes and of course good figures play a vital role. No other thing, insted of being coated with make up, simple soul attracts much.

No, skinny is not always good. All guys are differen't so there going to be many different ideas on what is attractive but I think some universal things are, fun, smart, independent, affectionate.

for me, its not about the looks, its not like i try to ignore if the girl is ugly. it helps when she is pretty, but the most important thing to me is what her personality is like. things like her laugh, if it gives me butterflies, she good to me. another thing, her moral standings, if she does not agree with my morals, she is out. i dont want to be faced with temptations before i am married. a big thing for me is, does she respect others around her, or is she just living in a way that will make her happy.
