Its simple ! To rectify the mistake that they have made...they have to pay for the mistake !!! Ha Ha Ha ........they want to make it sure that , they really have reached the height and further want to confirm the thing they are seeing down below as right or wrong one ! Can't help it ! You don't have to pay to visit the empire state building in NYC........actually they are looking at the skyline and the city......looks good at nite too! WHy look at things on the ground?!
