You sound seriously depressed there. Go see the doctor and ask him about seeing a therapist and see if you need a medication increase or change. If you are feeling unwell that too will make you feel bummed out. You have alot to live for so try to get out of bed and get out and about. Exercise is a good thing for depression , especially walks. It gets your hormones going in a good way and helps to chase away the gloom. Good luck and do not settle for feeling this way. Get to the bottom of what is causing it and get some help.

Well your obviously not motivated, and you seem depressed as well. It is possible that you've developed a NEW health condition, from taking so many prescription drugs. I highly recommend going to an alternative health care specialist that doesnt use drugs and surgery. Stay away from the phony Dr's that specialize in "homeopathy", since it is a medical practice mostly based on the placebo effect.
It is best to find a health care specialist that understands a wide range of medicine and is not limited so much to only one perspective of health. What you DO want to avoid though, is the drugs. You never wnat to just stop taking the drugs, but you need to work with a medical specialist that can help you slowly decrease your meds until you are able to stop taking them completely.
Drugs are not the answer to your depression for they only continue to suppress your problem. Good sex, daily exercise, and a b-complex multivitamin supplement, and a healthy diet can all help you to eliminate depression from your life. It is better to get your vitamins from foods that you eat as oppossed to supplements, because supplements may contain additional ingredients that your body doesnt deal with very well(i.e. solvents). However, most supplements dont have side effects, in contrast to drugs.
Find out which vitamins are high in b-vitamins, and avoid alcohol, which will actually deplete your bodies v-vitamin supply.
Im sure your not willing to do everything i've listed here, and maybe not even one thing I've recommended for you, since most people are looking for the quick fix. You just got excellent information to help you eliminate depression, but it is completely up to you to do something about it. The first step is to find a different dr. good luck

People comes to a certain point like what you're having right now. Sometimes we feel bored about life and think it's very lonesome 'coz it's a cliche'.. Maybe you need some activities for a change. Try to do new, challenging things, I'm sure it will help you cope up.
Take a moment to analyze yourself too, just one day of soul searching, ask yourself why you feel that way, for sure you know the answer, and if you figure it out, it's like a Math problem that always comes up with a solution unless the problem is an odd equation but still an odd equation still got a solution, you'll just put zero, right? I hope it does make sense to you.

Number one you mentioned medication. If it is a mood altering medication you can't go off of it and then back onto it again. You have to keep and maintain your med level in your system. Otherwise it falls low and your in the place your in now. Now it will take you that much longer to get back to where you were before. It is so very important to stay on your medication. Also you might want to think about support groups as well. And if your in college, that is enough to be stressed over, I know I am in college with homework and all. And people sometimes get this way around the holidays too. If you are that depressed that you don't want to get out of bed, then you need to run to your dr and talk to him about adjusting your meds. Your also sick because your not eating right. Your body is screaming and telling you that it needs nourishment, the correct kind. And your probably not drinking alot of water so that will lend to your fatigue as well. And by the way, forget the old you, your on the way to a different and new you by going to college. Start over and reinvent yourself. Take some classes that you enjoy for awhile. But you need to get your butt out of bed, quit feeling sorry for yourself and get moving! You have two legs, be grateful for that. Be grateful for things in life that you do have, your boyfriend. Freedom to stay in bed. Sorry Sweetie but I have only so much empathy, my son is over in Iraq and I have to say that I can't feel real sorry for you right now. Not when my son doesn't have the luxury of some of the things that you Have right now. So if you want to get out of this funk, then give to others that are less fortunate than yourself. It will make you feel better about yourself. Help out at a Veteran's hospital, like helping a Vet that doesn't have legs or has head injury's so bad that he has to be spoon fed. There is so much to be thankful Sweetie. So Live while your young enough and able too.

Sounds like you are depressed. Try and think back to what issue or event may have triggered it. Get up out of bed and go do something ,anything will do. Depression feeds on inactivity and isolation. Get up early so that you are exposed to as much daylight as possible. Eat plenty of food to keep your blood sugar up.
If you can talk with someone about your feelings, or write them down. Sometimes we don't know what we are feeling until we try and express it. Don't get overwhelmed, take small positive steps each day and don't expect to be cured overnight.

Its all in the MIND at the end...and how we choose to use/treat it.
- Eat well
- Sleep enough..8 hours
- Set youself up with a task/meeting/date/event etc 4 the next day which you can look forward to and motivate U to look forward to waking up for it
- Listen to motivating/fast dance music..dance like crazy
- Think about positives in your life and stay positive
- Stay away from negative things/events/ and specially negative people
- Exercise in some way...any way you like/enjoy.
- Write down your thoughts and get them outta your head
- Talk to as many people you know as you can on daily basis.
Thats it...You will be good to go in no time.
Good luck.

you sound depressed, and you need to find the reason why, miss your friends? family? school? new routine have you stressed out? if you become more active, i guarantee youll be happier.
the best advice someone ever gave me, to figure out whats really going on in your head, is to take ac ouple pieces of paper, and jsut start writing, even if you cant think of anything, write what youre thinking. even if its 'hmm i dont know what to write, this is stupid..' a little bit into it, your subconscious thoughts start to come out on paper and you realize afterwards what was really bothering you. write for a good 5 minutes, thatll probably fill up a couple pages of paper, i know it sounds stupid, and your hand will be hurting a little bit, but underlying feelings will coem to the surface, but you have to do it for 5MINUTES STRAIGHT, no stopping.
it really does work, and it doesnt hurt to try.
barely any effort. paper, pen, 5minutes.
worth a try, beleive me, things will come out, just clear your mind

Well sounds like clinical depression to me. Is that what you're already being treated with medication for? Hey if you care about your life at all, take your medication! It can take a few weeks to make a difference. You have to take it regularly. Good luck.

Hello, Gardner. Your situation can be due to any one of certain things. You may be feeling the blahs from separation from your parents for college. When you don't feel like getting out of bed, it's become very bad. I would advise you to please get your boyfriend to help you find a therapist. What you're suddenly going through reminds me a great deal of what I went through before.
