Can I just consider drinking 1 bottle of beer everynight as part of Weight gaining program. I'm really too desperate to gain weight as of now. I've tried everything but nothing works!

Beer is empty calories and its bad for your health if taken excessively. A can of beer has about 150 calories - all from sugar. And studies have shown that calories from alcohol tend to be stored as fat in the abdomen area = beer belly. Try and lift weights and take protein shakes as a supplement. To gain weight you need to consume more calories than your daily calorie requirement. If you gain muscle mass you will definitely weigh heavier and look better too. Good Luck.

Gaining weight is as simple as consuming more calories and burning less. If you're looking for the most calories in beer, check out our beer calorie guide: http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/beer-calorie-guide.html

Drinking beer every day is alcohol abuse so don't do it. It you want to gain weight you need to increase your calories significantly. If you are having trouble with this then get your doctors input on all of this but don't start drinking beer just to gain weight. Alcohol abuse is hard on all of your organs.
