The most glorious thing that I could ever imagine. And the way his presence makes you feel, there is nothing in comparison.

To me God is pure being. God has personality which means that God can have a relationship with human beings and is not just the giant watchmaker in the sky or some energy life force.

God is neither male nor female but has personality attributes of both. I like to call God "he" and "father", but I know that this is just a convention that is a carry over from the patriarchal societies of the past. I had a good relationship with my father, so I find some comfort in using this term.

We can experience the presence of God, but we can not see Him. God came into the material world through the incarnation of Christ in the person of Jesus. Then people could actually see God.

What happens when one has an experience of being aware of God's presence is that you are bathed in a warm feeling of calmness and deep peace. It is a peace like none other. The experience leaves you wanting nothing else but God. All material possession mean nothing and you would gladly give them all away. You feel His great Love for you so intensely that you want nothing but to follow Him and become like His son. If you ever have this experience your life will be forever changed.

God is a spirit but I need a human visual so I imagine him to be looking like Charleton Heston when he played Moses. As a spirit God is neither man or woman.

He is all loving & eternal. He knows all. He wants us to believe in him & join him in heaven for all eternity. The Holy Spirt guides us to him. He is our greatest mystery & we come to accept him if we are blessed with faith.

The Key Word here is "try"... no one can even begin to "try". If that makes sence then read on.....

No one can try to percieve... you do or you wont....now that is the question.

Percepcion is limited... would a blind man percieve god? even though he could never describe what it is to see even the hair on his arm?

notion is thought and, you say,

"Would you paint a notion so that I may understand what you see????"

"huh....?" I ask, then I say,

"well , thas so is my thought on your notion", ("you see" ?)

hahah.. I hold up three fingers and thank the stars Im only 40% crazy. huh

A big faceless guy sitting on a throne in the sky. Jack Chick's depiction of god has stuck with me.

He is a pillar of light from whom all things come.
I know it sounds cliche, but that's what I saw, and that's what I felt. When His eyes are upon you, you know it.
He is so brilliant, so peaceful, I cannot describe the utter stillness.
He makes you stand straight. He...(I'm not sure of the word)..validates you.
