Yes, many women and MEN have issues when their parents are divorced. If you want to find a good girl, then find one who gets along or respects her father. Furthermore, be sure to check her medicine cabinet for psych medicine. That's what my husband did when we were dating.

I think it's just you. I come from a divorced family and I think I did pretty good. I have a law degree, I'm married, I work and am well rounded in all aspects. I do however think that divorces affect the younger people out there. I was 18 when my dad walked out on me and though my mom thought I would rebel. I figured he'd already put her through enough why would I add to her pain.

I am divorced woman from divorced parents. Hurt my heart and I just might go psycho on you. Actually I think your question fair. MOST ANY WOMAN, real woman, can get psycho when she gets hurt, or mad. Some just control it better than others. Perhaps you are bringing the psycho out. Unless someone awakens that psycho in me by hurting (many ways of causing hurt) me, she lays very dormant and the other half of her is kind, sweet and caring.

My parents are divorced, and as far as I know I am mentally sound. My husband has never told my Im psycho, but then again, his parents are divorced too. Maybe you just need to find another girl and not judge all of them just because you found one bad one. Or, maybe you made her crazy and youre using her parents situation as a way to not take responsibility.

In my experience, nearly all of my female friends with divorced parents starting sleeping around in high school and couldn't wait to create perfect relationships since they're folks couldn't. Something tells me you're a guy who dated one (or more) of those peaches...
