So this man I've been crushing on told me to call..but hasn't answered twice...should I get the hint? But the time i talked to him in person after the phone calls he said sorry, and that he's "a really busy man". ...so basically that's code for stop calling me..right?

Men do not speak in codes in spite of what many women believe if he didn't want you to call he wouldn't have gave you his number. He would say don't call if that were the case even after the fact.

As much as I would want to be positive, you have to consider the posibility that he's not serious when he says call me... as in, he doesn't really want you to call, but was being polite, or might have thought of the possibility of seeing you again, but he's not ready for it, for some reason or another.
Either way, let him go through the trouble, don't make him the center of your universe. If he doesn't call, he's the loser. Men don't usually speak in code- women, however... galore.
I think this is more like him liking you and being polite...

You've got to play the, "hard to get thing". It's a stupid dating rule all guys play. Don't call him back, be busy, he will call you, just don't answer the phone or call him back right away. I hate this about the dating rule, but it's a huge turnon to guys... don't be available.

You called him twice. leave it there . Don't chace the man. If he wants you he'll find you and he's busy thats a load of crap when a guy wants something he'll be on you like gravy . leave him alone. and you can do better.

Kickk him to the curb

No, just say "That's ok! "Just call me when you have a chance!" and act like it isn't a big deal. Put the phone calling as his responsibility, if he wants to talk to you, he will call. But no, I wouldn't call him again.

Yes. He's playing games and doesn't have the decency to let you know that he's not interested. Move on. You can do better.
