If this is actually true you are ruining your health. Your body needs at least 7 hours of sound sleep to repair cells in the body and the brain.
If you dont get SLEEP here is what will happen and it can start happening after a week of little sleep:
Your hair will start falling out/thining
Your eyes will feel week and blurry
Your blood pressure will elevate
Your cholesterol will elevate (bad type)
You will lose muscles and get weaker
You will start gaining weight
Your body will not be able to break down sugars and fats
Your body will get less oxygen
Your will depleat your body of vitamins and minerals
And this is only the start.
My sons friend was only getting one or two hours of sleep a night and going to college and working late. He started having all kinds of problems even some of the ones above. He still has a bad backache even though he is sleeping well now (the last 6 mos).
Some of the damage can stick around a long time. The body must get sleep to repair cells and for rest and for your brain to rest too.
It is dangerous to not get sleep as you can fall asleep anywhere at anytime. The body just shuts down. You could be driving, walking, in school, or anywhere.
I know it happened to me when I was a teen.

If possible, have someone check up on you and yell at you a bit to "GO TO BED!" Once there, think of a lovely story/fantasy.. I think of a really great story (about me) that I'd like to come true. Not something in my daily life, really just more like a fantasy. I fall asleep every night in the middle of it, and have to start all over the next night. Also, try to figure out the reason WHY you don't go to sleep until 6. Is it because you don't like sleeping for some reason, like it's not enjoyable? Or do you feel like you're missing out on some part of life if you're asleep or..? Make yourself a deadline.. say to yourself that you're going to start getting ready for bed at so and so time, and actually DO it. Sleep is SO so necessary! :o)

I would say get everything out of your bedroom, like tv, computer, etc. except the bed. Then create a routine that you use to go to bed, (brushing your teeth, writing a little bit, etc) anything that you can make a habit. Limit yourself to the internet by using an alarm clock, set at whatever time you want to get to bed, like let's say 11:00 PM, then do your routine and head to bed. After about a week or two of doing that it will become a habit, and then you will be able to go to bed no problem. GOOD LUCK!

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Get off the internet...and get some sleep. You don't have a sleeping problem, you have an internet addiction.

you could sleep after school, wake up, eat a late dinner, go on with life...
or take pills...
or eat turkey...
or for that matter an orgasm releases a very large amount of the brains chemicals, that sometimes will wear a person out.
