Fast and easy? From my experience there is a fast and easy way to deal with stress. It's well researched and documented. There are literally hundreds of examples of the benefits of meditation. I prefer mantra meditation. Its the fastest and easiest to do. When you compare the results from other modalities, meditation wins hands down. The results don't happen over night, but daily meditation has a accumulative effect. Do a search in google for Transcendental Meditation

Hello -- I used have alot of stress going on in my life.
That was until I had two heart attacks last year.
My advice to you is to get those relaxing CD's with sounds.
Turn off you television and lights.Life is much too short to stress
out over small things. I realize this is much easier than done.
But, the bottom line is if you truly don't do something now about you stress now then you going to be like me.
