my dog is a boxer breed he licks every thing I must say that is his only flaw

I don't think you can really stop any breed of dog from licking things - it's a very normal part of dog behaviour just like smelling everything.
To stop a dog licking a few important things you can buy a safe "off" spray. If licking people is a problem then a strong "NO" and push back will work after a few days but that must mean that the pet must not lick anyone at all including you.

There is a product found at most pet stores called apple bitters, you can spray items you do not want chewed or licked,but first you have to do a test spray to make sure is does not stain or fade fabric or wood. You also can steep some Cayenne pepper in water and spray it on what you don't won't licked, but it is kind of harsh. Apple bitters I suppose just taste bitter, with no discomfort to your dog.

Put Tabasco sauce on the things he licks. Unless he's a Mexican chihuahua, the dog won't like it.

well you could try lemon juice on what hes licking or vinager mix it with water so you dont make him sick

place something spicy. he'll learn not to lick stuff.
