Free kits? I have not heard of ANYONE offering a free kit.

The American Heart Association offers a cool kit (http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3033740)

If you are a Red Cross staff, you would probably get a free Instructor's Kit. Otherwise you can buy supplies you need from various sites.

Red Cross training centers offer training, but the new CPR is for the birds. Its fifty pumps three breaths are they crazy? Back in the day we did 8 pumps and 5 breaths. They are going to break peoples sternums.
